By signing this petition, you are showing community involvement and support for a connection from South Mecklenburg High School to the future Little Sugar Creek Greenway. By signing this petition you can help us in our efforts to receive a Park and Recreation Trust Fund (PARTF) grant from the state of North Carolina. This grant money will be used to not only build access to the greenway, but also a 5k, natural surface cross country trail. This will be adjacent to the greenway and will provide a safe, off-road training and recreational facility. We just want safety for our students.
