Willy Street is already losing too many beloved landmarks. They should not lose ChaCha s as well. These historical buildings and unique businesses are what make Willy street the great neighborhood that it is. They don't really need some cliche new development, but if they have to have these bad actors as neighbors they should at least not have to suffer unethical strong arm tactics from an already proven sheisty law breaker and his partner.
