Maybe an RSMC pay is what he should get, at that is on average 28% lower. One day for those 11 sets of flyers, use his own vehicle, better yet he should deliver RSMCs Christmas parcels at $1 each!

I would love to see him on the front lines with us. He wouldn't last a day, but I'm sure it would change his attitude pretty quickly.

I am totally okay with the wage gap -- he sooooo deserves that kind of money for doing the same job as the people making $50,000 and the new hirees making less!!!!
