The only thing I would add to this proposal ...is that all management is required to do a 3 month term of letters carriers plus clerks jobs.

This amounts to constructive dismissal which, of course, he would litigate, but still it's an appealing idea. Who knows, he might actually develop some empathy in the process.

I believe a letter carrier position is actually too good of a job for Deepak. I would like to suggest that he be transferred to a processing plant on night shift. He will be expected to run his ass up and down the MLOCR 8 hours a night 5 days a week. He will be expected, while feeding this machine, to maintain the expected quota so that the machine does not stop and while sweeping to make sure that there are NO lights on.

I demand he be transferred for the rest of his carrier as a letter carrier and his seniority start at zero since he will be transferring unions.
