This is absolutely absurd. A person should not be battered to the point of a concussion and than in the same incident have her dog taken away due to the irresponsibility of another person. There was no judge and jury rather people with biased opinions based on looks alone. What if this was a human being? We wouldn’t be jumping to conclusions so fast without looking into BOTH sides of the story. Shame on every person involved.

There is NO evidence that Buffy bit a human. This human literally assaulted and battered Buffy's owner, and threatened to kill her, which destroys her credibility. Killing this sweet dog is nothing less than murder. Send Buffy home now!

Animal control do the right thing and investigate this properly.

The current system and this investigation sounds to be flawed.

We've had numerous interactions with Buffy when the owners are walking her and she's always been great. She doesn't even attempt to go up to my cats that are usually right on the porch. The owners are always very attentive to her. Please send her home.
