Just because a dog is small it does not give it the right to perpetuate any dog. The owner of the small dog needs take responsibility of its bad behavior.
This poor Bully that has been locked up is the victim.

This is not right! It would be murdering a completely innocent dog, she cannot help what her breed is, and that she is given such an unfair reputation by looks alone! I hope a judge sees this and overturns this as soon as possible and sends this sweet girl home where she belongs!
