This poor dog should not be labeled due to others fears. The dog should be able to be evaluated by a behaviorist and the family should be able to see her. The other dogs bite should also be measured to see if it matches the bite wound. Stop discrimination against these breeds.

It is unfortunate that this dog was taken into custody in the first place. This dog is owned and not a stray. The dog did not viciously attack anyone, it wasn’t unprovoked, the dog was on leash and the owner fell. Even if the dog did bite the woman I still don’t see how this is ok given the circumstances. No account was taken for other possibilities.
