Do not punish a dog that was attacked by a human. Punish the human who attacked the dog.

This is unfair and unjust. Please release this pup and investigate the other dog.

Give Buffy back to her family! Do not kill this dog because of the accusation of someone who was physically violent towards her! That is crazy! The person who hit Buffy should be put down.

Return Buffy to her owner. Review the facts and the bite mark. It was not from Buffy, it was from a small dog, the dog owned by the person who was bit, not Buffy. This is illegitimate seizure of property(this poor dog) without proof.

Daly City Police and Animal Control oversight and failure to properly take statements and investigate both parties have caused this injustice. It should not take public outrage for government to follow proper protocol.

Considering seeing that a whole full investigation was NOT DONE by Law Enforcement Agents properly and they did not even examine the other dog and allowed the other party dictate the whole story is mind blowing but as we know all Law Enforcement Agents are Lazy and not very smart now a days as we read all the time in the News. don’t kill buffy other at fault too i own pitties and they are polite most are the tone tge small dog is barking up a storm coming at my dog . It’s not fair to us owners because we have a big dog that we get blamed. If there is a dog fight in the dog is bitten or a human gets bitten in the middle of the fight owners of the small dogs don’t even move out of the way or pick up the dog at the dog continues to bark.

Please don't judge her to be vicious because of her breed. Most pitbulls are big mushes. Any dog can be violent if trained to be. She doesn't look like she was trained to be violent. Pitbulls get a bad rap and that's why people are afraid. I'm positive this woman overreacted. Poor Buffy is probably scared, confused and heartbroken. 23 days away from home is a bit much.
