My brother kelvin kelly was sentence to 21 years for conspiracy. He and former friends had been invited to a organized drug robbery arranged by federal law enforcement. Though the robbery did not go through and the guns in the vehicle was proven not to belonging to my brother he was sentence 21 years and have graciously served 12 years thus far. He has a daughter whom was born 4 months after his sentencing never had the opportunity to experience fatherhood. My mother who has heart disease really needs to spend as much time with him as possible. This has taken a huge toll on my family as well as his only child. PLEASE help bring my brother home as we miss him dearly.

Updates

April 13, 2016

The increase in support has moved this petition to the attention of legal advocates who specialize in sentence reduction. I am currently reviewing their guidance on filing a formal request for clemency with the relevant oversight office.

If God is a God of forgiveness and second chances, we as humans should allow others to have a second chance of life. I, as a single parent knows it's extremely tough to be the ONLY individual parenting a child. This child lost 12 years of her father. Allowing him to be the dad for the rest of his/her life will only be a blessing. Free him
