Every coach that i had at Tennyson Highschool was always a father figure, An advisor and someone who you can always look up to. They always guided me to the right path. And every tennyson students know that approachig our coaches was the only way to get things out of out head.

As a former LANCER football team kicker #17 c/o 15 and as a NAVY sailor now. Serving almost 4 years In service. football and their coaching staff showed and taught me a value in life. Not because of the sport but the coaches that taught us the great value in life in and out the field. The same value I still hold dearly today. In a poor community such as the Bay Area loosing a coach is like loosing a father. Most of us grew up without one and some of us look up to our coaches as a father we wished we had .

Coach Johnson is an old school coach that truly cares about the kids. What I find today is that the kids of today have no respect or discipline and sadly parents that condone their behavior. Now we have kids that want and need his guidance but have lost out.
