Australia is experiencing a massive constitutional crisis, 21 Billion PA wasted on socialist corruption in family court alone, our courts and civil services are awash with political corruption, especially here in Queensland. I Have been in family court for 5 years against socialist corruption by Legal Aid Queensland on proven via confession of false allegations of DV, they still won,t let my 5yo son see me, despite court orders, anyone like to try explaining that ? Please stop funding legal aid Queensland socialist corruption and their feminists agenda The real issue is illegitimate authority, no moral compass from our civil service employee's, that is a clear indicator of APD [sociopaths and psychopaths]. 1% of the population have Antisocial Personality Disorder APD [ref DSM5] that is 230,000 psychopaths in Australia alone. Worldwide 70,000,000. APD [psychopaths] is why we are always at war, they are genetically flawed, disposing them to be criminally and morally insane. So where are they all, Terrorist States, ISIS, socialist states, civil services? Seems psychopaths gravitate to positions of power it is their nature. Please ask the [our] government 1. My position is neutral and the most important factor is the best interest of the child. Parents needs to put their differences aside and find a way through joint custody to coparent. Unless there is violence, abuse or issues that are detrimental to a child's well being, work together to co parent this child. I wish these parents the best of luck and courts need to be more proactive in addressing the mental issues that drive this issue.

Need to establish harmony in relationships! People can not live together, but do not take away the child's father! Child should grow up and know his own father, who is willing to take care of him and love! Respectful relationship in adults is a guarantee of a happy and healthy baby!

Return the child to his father. Then, agree to a joint custody agreement so the child may grow up with both parents.
