I know it hurts not to open for a small business, however, rules and regulations are put in place for a reason. If nothing bad happens GREAT but what IF......
You live and learn with small business.
Use this as a learning curve and grow from it. Society has declined because people think they are entitled to thing because they forgot to thoroughly investigate what was needed before acting.
Put the overtime in to build your dream don't complain when their are hiccups and try to go around rules with a petition.
