If they have run it before without a sprinkler system, it is the departments fault for letting it go on and should not stop them from continuing without one.

This is a huge mistake, Bennents Curse has been one of the top haunts as well as safest haunts in the country.

If this attraction isn't allowed to proceed, due to the highly questionable restrictions being placed upon it, I've no choice but to not shop within Baltimore, this holiday season.

This is a very well respected and extremely professional couple running this event. I'm sure they are doing everything possible to make their attraction safe.

This is a local business that brings in thousands of people from all over the region to visit. Are we really going to let red tape stop this business from opening? The government needs to work with this haunt to ensure safety standards are met in other ways. Bennetts - as a haunter, I'm with you

I got around this issue in the past by hiring the Fire Marshal to be on site during the entire haunt. Just a thought.

Wow , it's shocking to me that a company who wishes to employ workers in this economy is stopped . Where is the help for growth and stimulating the economy? It brings in people to have a great night out in the city , enjoy local restaurants, local businesses and provides jobs!

Please allow one of our greatest people in this industry to open this year under his current system. He is a very kind and responsible owner, we have known him for 17 years. There are many such systems as his that operate safely in many cities and jurisdictions under the same. He is a deeply religious man, great business owner, and needs brief period to operate so he can do business. It is a seasonal event, truely something can be worked out for everyone's benefit. Thank you, Matt Marich Universal Studios, Orlando, Florida

As this is just a weekend temporary seasonal event that has had unsurpassed safety in mind in the past not only for it's visitors but also it's staff I feel that the show must go on!! I've seen permanent events go on where they have huge crowds, no fire alarms or no entrances for the fire departments if there is an emergency. These people seemed to have went beyond what's needed for a month of weekends by hiring a fire protection company to help with the isuues. Let them roll!!
