Dear sir / madam a cat gets stuck on a tree your kind people will race to help dedicating fire rescue personal & Emt / Paramedic will rush to help .
Dear sir we wish from your kind humanitarian self granting a visa with restrictions for the young man Amir to get the necessarily treatment/ surgery so this 17 year old teenager have a chance of walking

It will be very sad seeing Amir not given a chance by the United states of America to recover from his injury
