HELME LANE DEVELOPMENT Application No 2011/60/91133/W2 There is a proposal to build 9 new houses along the north side of Helme Lane, below The Heys, above the existing houses. This will begin to fill the existing green space beside The Heys, and start to infill between existing houses. We would like your support in objecting against this because: 1 The development is a Greenfield development area. 2 The development is situated within Greenbelt 3 It will have a significant detrimental impact on the historic landscape setting of the Helme conservation area 4 It will have a significant impact on the safety of highway users on Helme Lane and the surrounding roads.
