For those who don't know the story, a man in Odessa Texas who left a dog starving in a cage is about to get the dog back. The boxer was in extreme conditions when it managed to get free and into a nearby ally. There a brave woman got the dog and took it to the vet. Had she not gotten it to the vet, the dog would have died a very painful death from starvation. Odessa sheriff's department is trying to give the dog back to its owners. We need to make a change to better our planet and community. Please do the right thing and sign this petition so it can be presented as our voice.
