Mostly net is not available in balohistan we hvn't clean mobile network for phone calls so how will we take online classes kindly give up online classes

We reject the policy of HEC to taking online classes and exams in all over the Pakistan due to pandemic Covid-19. Balochistan's 50% areas are deprived of internet facility and in some 50% areas internet facility is available but that does not works specifically. Even in some districts internet has been blocked since 2016,2017.

I am against the online classes not only because of the lack of facilities in remote/rural areas but also because of the assumption that it is equivalent to face to face education. Online classes can not be as effective as classroom education. we can teach a class of 30 or even 50 students in a classroom in colleges or university campuses and have live interactive sessions but in an online class, we can not create such an environment. Another reason against the current scenario is that the software being used to conduct online classes is designed for companies to facilitate the meeting between the company employees but the students do not have the same attitude as employees...

Majority of Baluchistan's students are living in rural areas where internet is unavailable like Makuran,Awaran,Panjgur & some areas of district Gwadar and Khuzdar.There is no any chances of online classes then how can they attempt online exams?
