To: Whom it may concern, Sir/Ma'm As we can see today the metal bands from India can compete any international band at higher level, slowly but steadily the metal culture in India growing and growing with more and more youths/adults into it. We the undersigned citizens of India, hereby submit this petition demanding the following from the Government of India: 1. Legalize "Heavy Metal" as religion in India. So that people can convert to "Heavy Metal" religion and write it in any legal document(s). 2. Help the people who're developing the Metal culture of India. 3. Organize a International Metal Fest every year in different venues.
