It's about time something was done with this its been a long time coming issue after issue and the pricing really makes no sense at all, quite clear to see we are being robbed from under our nose and hope this finally gets the result everyone on the estate are wanting

Really hope the heating system can be reviewed, we've been here 5 years & It seems to be pretty flawed as systems go.

As a new tennant who moved into the property in October we havent experienced any high prices yet but think a review would be a good idea. We use the heating very rarely and not a massive fan of having to pay even if we do not use it.

where can I start a heatng system put in place that had no knowledge of and has seriously back fired where it now seems we are here and they try and put the bills in us for there mess up

This system has been flawed from the beginning and as residents we are the ones that are basically footing the bill for an experiment that has back fired!

I have been told on many occasions that I am lower end user on the estate yet my bills are still £70 -£80 a month.. I have phoned the local housing time after time only to be fobbed off, or not even reply to my calls. I have even asked them to completely cut off my supply as it is a lot cheaper with an electric fire..The system is a waste of time and always has been. We have been taken for mugs long enough. This needs sorting NOW.

I very rarely turn my heating on so don't see why I should be paying so much for something I'm hardly using. These are suppossed to be 'Eco Houses' after all!
