It's very dangerous ,I pick my Nice up from school and also go to Playgroupe with my boy who will be attending nursery In January ,,it's very un safe has cars are always speeding up and down road and the Junction just across from the road where kids cross . I Saw a kid other day drop something on the road when crossing and nearly got run over when she went back to pick up ,the driver wasn't taking much notice Eva was a very close call . With all the cars parked up it's very difficult to see who is pulling out or pulling in , something needs doing about it befor someone gets really hurt

Our childrens road safety should be just as important as their education, it's just a shame BMBC don't feel the need to keep our kids safe!!
It would also create a nice little job for a parent who needs working hours within school times/holidays

It's such a disgrace that the council have not replaced this post, this road is absolutely dangerous during peak times for both parents and children trying to cross safely. It is just a matter of time before someone could get hurt, seriously injured or even killed.

The school needs someone to man a crossing point as the very minimum. A zebra crossing would be ideal as it wouldn't need to be manned by anyone. It's dangerous at school closing and opening times, it's only a matter of time before an accident happens.

My child goes to this school she is becoming of the age where she should be getting more independent this cannot happen as there are no safety measures to cross the busy road to school, 200 yards from the school lacewood primary have a crossing patrol why is the children that attend that school grater than my children?
