Heather Garth Primary Academy School Crossing Patrol

Needs a crossing for children's safety due to speed of cars on the road and also parents leaving cars anywhere to drop there children off therefore making it an unsafe area to cross.

This school is a very busy area with having 2 schools close by ALL primary schools should have a school crossing patrol.

I have family and friends who's children go to the school and I really think this is a must

I really feel strongly about the crossing situation at heathergarth. It without any doubt needs a crossing patrol to help keep the children and parents safe. I've seen too many incidents of near misses. Children are unsure wether cars are giving them way, there's always lots of hesitation from drivers and parents and children. As a parent I feel nervous at the crossing because a car coming one way may decide to allow you to cross so you start crossing but then a vehicle in the other direction might just be in a careless rush and just start driving through so you then as a pedestrian have to rush. A crossing patrol would solve all of this and avoid a fetal incident which is waiting to happen.

As a parent at this school i strongly advise that we have a crossing lady i have witnessed many near misses while children are trying to cross the road.

Sick of witnessing near misses.... if it wasn't for some considerate drivers this would have already been a causality spot

Help protect the children at Heathergarth Primary Academy! Please take action to reinstate the lollipop patrol to Billingley View.

Our children deserve to be protected they are vulnerable

This issue with no lollypop lady needs addressing before there is a fatality.

Billingsley view definatley needs assessing too many near misses and our children's safety, no matter how much knowledge they have of the road, is at a huge risk

Prevent before an accident or worse, fatality happens.

Do we have to wait till a child is killed before the council see sense .

whoever made the decision to not replace the crossing lady needs to sit outside the school to see how horrendous the road is especially in a morning. 2 schools within 100 yards of each other it's chaos!

This is wrong children are not safe

All about safety for children prevention better than the cure. It's an accident waiting to happen outside that school .

We need one for our children safety!!

Children's lives shouldn't be compromised. Keep our children safe.
