They were suppose to put a pool in at the Commons Clubhouse years ago. All of us homeowners got the letter. That never happened so homeowners decided to put in their own personal pools. They to got letters to remove. We recently learned a new pool is going in behind the walmart neighborhood.If they can't hold up to their word, then i dont't see a problem wirh a personal pool as long as its safe!

this is my first winter here and i thought it would be so much better than this but i guess i was wrong. also they sent me a bill that they said is the second bill they sent which we never received the first and it says we have been turned into collections. Again we have NEVER recieved the first bill and we paid our fees already. so i dont get it. not very happy

What a waste of our money! I get a letter about my trash cans being tucked neatly beside my home and the house down the street looks like it's vacant because it's so trashed out!!! Really?!?!

I've seen couches on porches, dead grass, grass that was at least 6-8 inches tall, rv's parked in driveways, heartland crossing is turning into the new Mars Hill(I grew up in Mars Hill)! The HOA is a complete joke!

I to have sent them numerous of emails and pics of the fence that surrounds that outlines heartland, it is falling apart paint is peeling off. Either replace it or take it down. The drainage ditch behind my house andthe aapartments is horrible. There has been trash, old tires and a wooden bed frame blocking the drainage pipe for months. The pond is not kept up, the grass around the pond is not taken care of, people park in their yards, the house across the street was abandoned and had boards up all year due to broken glass, and yes there is a storage shed on raceway that has been here as ling as I have been. Ridiculous. The HOA is a joke. Waste of our money. They do nothing. And with all of the snow they blocked everyones driveway in and need to do a better job at using our money to better the community. I vote them out!

I am so Happy to see this! I don't even know where to begin about the HOA. The roads are AWFUL after the snow. they plow WHILE it is snowing & then you never see anyone else. Last summer we had just a little 2-3ft swimming pool on our back porch in our Privacy Enclosed backyard & were told we had 3 days to remove it or be Fined. Yet there is another house VERY VISIBLE that has a 5-6ft pool. How do i explain to my 3 children why that's Fair?

Our streets are HORRIBLE. The HOA says its the cities problem, yet the city will tell you its not. This 'security contract' we have is a joke as Bill Crays and his hired officers haven't been seen in over a year. Cars are being spray painted, broken into, garages are being broken into, teenagers running amock. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. And don't EVEN get me STARTED on that OBSCENE sewer company Tri-County...which I hope everyone realizes is ALSO owned by MGroup...so they are yet again...getting our money. Give it to the homeowners. We'll handle things, because we care about where we live.

HOA has got to go!!! After the terrible snow removal job, my road was a sheet of ice causing a car to run over my mailbox. I got it fixed but it didn't have the diamond shape on the pole so HOA sued me and it cost me over $1000... Over a mailbox!!! They are worthless for many more reasons!!!
