We, residents of Hearthstone Apartments (McAllen, TX), petition Heartstone Apartments management to allow residents the right to dry laundry outdoors on lines, racks or tables. We believe drying laundry outdoors is safe, economical, better for clothes and environmentally responsible. Municipalities around the nation have passed ordinances specifically allowing residents to line-dry laundry, even in apartment communities; and we ask that Hearthstone lead the way in giving its residents the Right to Dry!
