Amendment Scope: Require the Board of Directors to develop and publish a Hearing Panel selection process that requires Hearing Panel members to be randomly selected from the collective pool of all Association Members. All Association Members on the list of Hearing Panel members as of March 31, 2021 are to be rotated off and only called upon should the Board of Directors be unable to secure the required five (5) Association Members needed to hear an appeal.

The momentum behind this shift toward random selection is becoming impossible for them to ignore. I am exhausted by the pushback we have received but seeing so many of you demand a fair process keeps me moving forward.

seems like a solid way to fix the conflict of interest issues we keep seeing here
FINALLY. keep it fair for everyone and stop letting the same group of people decide everything.
Just wondering if everyone knows/has been informed whether or not two signatures from the same household count.
hope this goes through. tired of the bias with the current panel lineup
long overdue. the current process is sketchy at best and needs total transparency

what happens if someone declines? is there a backup plan or do they get fined?
