Amendment Scope: Require the Board of Directors to develop and publish a Hearing Panel selection process that requires Hearing Panel members to be randomly selected from the collective pool of all Association Members. All Association Members on the list of Hearing Panel members as of March 31, 2021 are to be rotated off and only called upon should the Board of Directors be unable to secure the required five (5) Association Members needed to hear an appeal.
