The exact same thing was told to me about my 22 year old brother valuable time is lost with this law. I know NYPD gets cases like this everyday but details and cases should be individualized.

I believe this case deserves a second look. It makes no sense! We pay our taxes for the benefit to feel protected instead of being a vigilante!

I as a mother of two kids feel the same way about the way cops are handling this family situation. There should have been a better way that these man in blues could've reacted.
I think for them to even say that Anthony just didnt want to come home yet that right there is neglience from their part. Everything that the family were able to gather to actually find this gentleman is all fumble to me, pieces of this sad situation is missing and they should get to the bottom of it. I honestly want to know how the heck he ended in New Jersey? Who took him over there? And if he was with friends why didnt one of his friends stayed with him to make sure he got home safely? These are questions me as a mom would like to know if i was in a circumstances like this. My condolences goes out to this family and lets get together as a community and help solve this case so that this doesnt occur again and the mens in blue take our lives and families seriously.

I totally agree with the fact that NYPD takes a lax approach to the filing of missing persons and searches! Assuming that everyone fits their perceived persona of a missing person! They take a back seat on the cases! NYPD needs sensitivity training and a different approach to the way the handle these types of cases.

It is super hard to believe that a body that accidentally "fell" on 204 and 9th have was able to float around Manhattan without a single person seeing the body floating from the Harlem river to the Hudson River. This family does not deserve this. This does not make any logical sense. How could he have disappeared from the camera and landed in jersey. This does not make any logical sense The camera video shows it was I've known Anthony as a class mate for over6 years and someone as humble as him would not even think once on a situation as such. His bond with his brothers and smart mind could not be of suicide.
