I am totally agree to sign this petition. Since I new about this cause always thought thy the police should never have the right to decided or tell a mother of your child want to be leaving alone or if they don't want to come back home. Police or the law has to change, now. Any person can be missing and even if you are healthy the most critical time is the first hours when a person disappear.
