For adults 24hrs should be enough for a search to start and for a child it shouldn't be more than 5hrs. After 48 hours it is nearly impossible to find evidence and someone that has gone missing

This family deserves justice and closure after their loss. It's upsetting from the outside just as I can imagine from the family that questions are still not being answered, and this young man who was a victim of a CRIME is still being pushed to the side, as if it is no big deal. May this petition spread awareness throughout the community.

This needs to change, because maybe they are forced to leave families and the fact there are consider adults, they wont help?? Doesnt make any sense..

So sad, that because one is not disabled or a child that our love ones has to wait more than 3 days or weeks for the police department to send an alert to find the missing. Anthony was a victim, who was enjoying the freedom of life! Let us hope that this petition lands on the laps of congress to makes changes in the law that missing "Healthy Adult Matters"!
