We as good citizens of this country that help build this powerful city should get outstanding services. It is very upsetting to hear that NYPD did not help this case at ALL! They should be ashamed of themselves. I just wish this never happens to their own children. It is very painful to see a mother go through this tragedy. We need new laws we need to improve our safety especially for our children. If not than we will take matters in our own hands. We as hispanics will UNITE and will make sure to get this city running the way it suppose to be.

It should never take so long for a missing persons report to go into effect. It should not take more than 24 hours!!

If the NYPD wishes to gain more respect from the people of NY, they need to do the same. My heart goes out to the Urena family for the loss of their loved one. I saw the missing pictures of him & my neighborhood & hoped that this young man would've found his way home. My sincerest condolences.
