These thing cant be happening,we gotta make this world a better place by starting to take care of our community,this can be your son,your grandson or a close friend,the State of New York needs to do a better job when filing a missing person report,why wait more than 3 days when that person can loose they life in only 1 minute?? I'm so sorry for your loss, as a mother myself I couldn't imagine losing my son and when trying to make a report the police tell he just doesn't want to come home. Not acceptable something needs to change
