I am deeply sorry for what happened, I didn't know your son in person but I had him in my pryers & I'm not much of a pryer. The outcome broke my heart and can't imagine the pain this still brings you as a mother. This outrageous act of the department need to put in place their priority, they're not here to make guesses but to do what they are suppose to do and that is help & investigate no matter what the case is about. Again, I'm so sorry for what happened to your new guardian angel , I'll help in anyway you my need.

That is horrible. If it were one of their own they would've put a lot more effort. They based their decision on trends that are never absolute. The police need to stop treating their job like a fraternity. They have to be above all the rhetoric in this country and stereotypes that may cause people to become hurt. I'm sorry your son is no longer with us, may he rest in peace.

Police will jump when your car is missing, but if an adult is missing, they have to wait 3 days. The priority here should be the human not the machine..

Within 24hrs the police should have done their job and filed the report. What the police did was egregious, irresponsible and plain lazy. As a mother, I would speak to an attorney because I really believe they are at fault for all the extra emotionally turmoil you and your family have been through. If anything finding answer from an attorney may bring some comfort.
