Inner city Supermarkets need to offer more variety of Non-GMO meats and produce. More gluten free products, organic fruits, vegetables and sprouted breads. The food choices allotted to the people of the community, which are the consumers, is detrimental to their health. Better choices are needed for a more healthy environment.
