All public and private sector medical organizations, health entities, physicians, including but not limited to social services, nurses, licensed caretakers, psychologists, psychiatrists, be mandated to have an area on their patient forms that begins the tracking of the remaining veterans, their children and affected offspring, so that there is accurate and updated data of any illnesses, symptoms and trends in diagnosis.

This would include intake forms to require knowledge of Vietnam Veteran status and what is your relation to a Vietnam Veteran.

With this information, there will be more efficient records of veterans and children and enough data to present to healthcare organizations and appropriate government departments so that better healthcare, benefits and diseases are diagnosed, therefore being covered by agencies and medical facilities such as the V.A., social as well as private healthcare as well and document that not all female offspring and male offspring are ill because of the same sex veteran parent and they state it is not a result of exposure to Agent Orange or Dioxin, but rather the opposite and noted on the Department of Veterans Affairs website states for benefits and recognition of ill offspring from the veteran parent.

This information will be presented to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Washington, D.C., Department of Health and Human Services, United States Environmental Protection Agency, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Veterans of Foreign Wars, AMVETS, Rolling Thunder, the American Legion and Birth Defect Research for Children.
