Today FaceBook founder Mark Zuckerberg sent an open letter to all its users, boasting the fact theres now 350 million users. and telling us of his massive plans to restructure the regional network section of the site which should make consumer usuge easier. However not a single word is spent on the problems more and more users are facing everyday. I'm talking about the huge amount of random error messages, slow or not functioning forums, application problems, friends that gone missing from friendlists, facebook chat that is more often on strike then public transport personel, older posts that go walkabout, and random logouts. These are but some of the things that mae facebook less and less of a fun place to hang out, and need adressing rather then fix about the one thing that isnt broken. Now these concerns are going around forums for ages now and appearently the FB devs dont see the problem. Maybe if everyone who has these problems signs this they will finaly listen and pull theyre finger out.
