I have left the ambulance service this year due to how it treats it's staff. The exhaustion is unimaginable. Punishing exhausted staff is terrible. Please really look into this incident to truly find out who is to blame.

If you are too tired to drive you are required BY LAW to stop. HCPC are punishingg for obeying the law? HCPC is why I want to stay a Tech.

His actions may have be suspect and misguided but the system that Medics have to work under is dangerously flawed. Please reconsider!

Please please reconsider this suspension, I have been in this situation and refused to attend an incident because I had not had a break and realised I was in no fit state to continue to give care. He should not have had to have gone sick, just to ensure he was fit to attend a patient

The HCPC needs to issue guidance as to our responsibility if we feel too tired to continue then. Is it my responsibility to push on regardless with no thought for the safety of myself of my colleagues?

HCPC need to take a holistic view of this incident. Why did it take a further 90 minutes to respond to the call? And will the LAS be investigated for potential breaches of the working time directive?

I thought if we deemed ourselves unfit to practice, which would include fatigue. Then we have to withdraw our services.
