Respected High Commissioner of India for the UK, We the Indian citizens and the people of Indian origin living in the UK here by request your urgent attention to an important issue that will affect all of us as well as thousands of native british people who visit our consulate in London. The public services at the London HCI needs an urgent overhauling.The areas which are of main concern are -The adequacy of space to handle the number of people who visit there. -The facilities available are grossly inadequate to cater the number of people visiting. -The professionalism with which the staff interact with the clients.This is the most important thing to change.Rudeness and grumpy faces have become the hallmark of the employees.There are unfortunately not many exceptions.We are portraying ourselves very badly to the people in this country even before they start their journey to India) Hope you make urgent review of the functioning of this office and make changes for the good.
