HB211 - Fair Labor Law in NM

This is a must pass bill and shouldn't be hijacked by those in power in the Senate.

PLEASE, support HB211, unify labor laws across the state.

This bill will negatively effect small businesses across the state!

Enforce Federal and State legislation and limit county and city regulations.

As a Cold Stone Creamery franchisee, I know that two Cold Stone locations closed in Santa Fe because of the living wage passed in Santa Fe.

Please help save us from our local uber-liberal policies in Santa Fe

Please do not make rash decisions that effect businesses in New Mexico. Restaurants in NM cannot afford any more added costs. We are an industry that has very slim profit margins. Thank you!

We feel that uniform labor laws across the state will create a better environment for employers, especially those seeking to start new businesses in New Mexico.

Please support HB211. New Mexico needs private sector growth. One of the reasons employers hesitate to bring business into NM is the fact they must contend with a high degree of variation in labor laws from one region to the next. This is inherently detrimental to job creation and it ultimately hurts the poorest New Mexicans because it limits opportunity. We needs jobs!

Fair to both employee and employers.

Please vote FOR HB211. Removing the threat of too many tiers of regulations on employment will allow businesses to create more jobs in New Mexico.

I currently own 4 restaurants in NM and have always supported minimum wage and labor practice measures. However, when laws are passed locally, they always seem to be emotionally driven to the detriment of the intended purpose. We should be interested in making New Mexico strong, not the small pockets inside the state

I spent over 20 years in the private sector with 20 retail and restaurant operations in New Mexico. This legislation will greatly benefit all businesses in NM. Please support HB211! It will make New Mexico more attractive to potential companies wanting to start or expand their operations in New Mexico.

These type of decisions should be made at the state and local level. This makes it fair across the board and prevents private out of state interest groups from coming in and pushing their issues at the local level and then pushing for an election. NOT GOOD!

Red tape is one of the top items that keep businesses from relocating from other states to New Mexico. Let's not make it any harder than it already is.
