Relating to hair braiding We are against the House/bill 1464; Relating to Hair Braiding. This bill would allow someone without the minimum educational requirements of a Cosmetologist, Hairdresser and/or Barber to obtain a hair braiders license. The "Bill' further Denies the Cosmetologist, Hairdresser and/or Barbers to braid the hair by hand or the application of tonics.
