After interpreting the few words broadcast on the channel 9 news last night, I have concluded that it is former Test opener Matty Haydos' mates who are responsible for providing him with a disillusioned self-perception of his playing ability. Haydos said something along the lines of his mates are still telling him that he can do it (play international cricket, I assume) and when they say that he cant do it anymore, then he wont (Sic).
