Cluster 1 Haycock parents support the following and we ask that the School Board support the following as well:
-
Janie Strauss’ proposal to open a Cluster 2 Lemon Road AAP Center with all rising 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade AAP Center eligible students from Cluster 2 (Lemon Road, Westgate and Shrevewood), and with all rising 6th grade students remaining at their current Haycock AAP Center for the 2013-2014.
Cluster 1 Haycock parents adamantly oppose the following:
- Moving ALL rising Haycock 5th graders (AAP and non-AAP) to Lemon Road ES for school years 2013 and 2014.
- Moving ALL rising 4th and 5th grade Haycock AAP Center students to Lemon Road ES for school years 2013 and 2014
THIS IS ABSURD. Why would you disrupt the 5th graders like this? Keep them at Haycock where they belong.
