make it all in one night, too much to do on weekends and its just not the same during the day. other towns do it at night and it makes it more magical.

Change it back to night!!! My oldest daughter had to miss it this year due to soccer and she was pretty bummed!! I say perfect time is Saturday night that way it doesn't interfere with people who work late on Fridays.

The kids have too many activities on Saturday. Having it all together on Friday night is a great Way to kick off the holiday season as a community.

. No one wants to wake up early Saturday morning. Keep it all on the same night, the Friday or Saturday after thanksgiving

I think parade starting at the library on thr first Saturday at dusk, 4:00, followed by the lighting at 6:00, then vendors spread along Warburton near Layfayette. Santa could still be at the library or move him to municipal building. Also, advertise vendor opportunities more.
