More safe parking for hawes trail system

Most definitely needs more parking. It gets frustrating to drive all the way there just to find there's nowhere to park legally or safely is getting really irritating. Gas isn't cheap these days and I want to ride!!

The lots on Usery Pass road are always full on Saturdays and road side parking is dangerous for the drivers as well as the road bikers.

Love biking at Hawes, but parking has diminished the past few years due to population growth. I support more parking.
