This issue is a no-brainer. All TCI beaches must be accessible to the Public and we must cherish our most valuable assets (and not just pay lip service to our "Beautiful by Nature" advertising slogan!)

I spend weeks in TCI each year because of its stunning beauty, amazing peoples, and the beaches that are among the best in the world. For these beaches to be segregated and leased to private ventures is an outrage and should be stopped immediately.

it is a shame to have a petition for everyone to have access to all beaches in TCI, this is a given so you should be ashamed that we have to do this.

Full public access should be insured and maintained for all beach access points. Some have been incorporated into property and quietly cut off to the public. With population growth, these access points are needed more and more so the remaining ones do not become over crowded.
Some such as at Tayler Bay, Beaches, and Grace Bay Club have been cut off to the public.
To make things worse, there are leases being quietly allowed For the land at these beach access points to build structures to run businesses. It’s time to get this under control and safe guard the beach access point from further abuse. Full study and legal restrictions implemented to correct and prevent further fallout.
