I absolutely think that The Haven should have a full liquor license. This cozy spot has become a JP staple, and deserves every reason to flourish and expand their offerings.

This is the kind of unique, independent, reasonably-priced, restaurant and pub that Jamaica Plain needs to encourage and there's a logical reason for it to need a full liquor license!
