There has to be a better placement for this! What is the areafurther east on that same road that has wood chips on it already?

My family and I recently moved into this area and have noticed how much traffic there already is at the Bavaria/82nd/Cty Rd 18 intersection and have some safety concerns, especially with all the children in the area. We don’t need anymore traffic over here, just for people to drop off their yard waste. Let’s keep this area safe and have the site be elsewhere!! Take note Arboretum!!!

This is not a logical solution for this site. 82nd is not currently designed to accommodate the level of traffic it currently receives and it would be ill advised to create this hazardous addition.

Dumping at this site next to so many homeowners does not make sense. It is likely that this will increase insects in the area and during hot, humid months the smell would also likely impact the enjoyment of the homeowners. Most garbage companies offer yard waste collection for a fee. I think this is a better solution to the problem.

Not sure who decided it was a good idea to put a yard waste site near so many home owners and those who enjoy the Minasota landscape Arboretum. This is a thoughtless idea. If this is to go through I will no longer support the landscape Arboretum.

I cannot understand how this site, of all sites available in Carver county, got chosen. Something like this belongs along the freeway . Why not put it at at the County maintenance campus along US 212?

Please put your waste site at another location.

Really bad location. Traffic already gets backed up on Bavaria in the morning so that commuters wanting to go west on 5 need to go into the oncoming traffic lane just to get around the backup of east bound cars.

I strongly oppose to this project as it negatively affects the many neighbors around the site. Picture bags upon bags of pesticides; and to be burned and chipped. That, as well as the traffic and safety concerns makes for a very poor decision for The Arboretum and Carver Country to proceed with this.

I strongly oppose this site. There are far more options not in the middle of a residential area that will not negatively impact residents.

Find another property for this project that does not involve being in a residential neighborhood.
