I’m being attack by radiation and electromagnetic weapons as part of the ‘Target individuals’ experiment. Its very painful to endure the daily torture, this experiment goes against what america stand for. Innocent civilians (without chance to protect themselves) had no place in military torture and unfair experimentation. I’m not even American, and yet, this torture stops me for having a good life and hold a job. It’s unfair that my pain is a gain for a country that I don’t even live and I have not social protection. I’m losing my health and income, for an experiment that benefits a country I don’t live.

I have experienced this Technology personally both as a victim, and as an innocent user. Neural Interface Technology using the ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) microwave signal broadcasts and reception naturally occurring in, and radiating off of our Brains as human beings, will be defining in terms of innovation and the technological as well as biological evolution of our species. We will eventually overcome our collective societal, personal, environmental, and evolutionary flaws using Neurotechnology. One day we will eliminate Evil all together by reconfiguring every human mind. We will also one day conquer the cosmos in nonphysical form by turning our consciousness into a data file and streaming humanity to places physical travel could never attain. Sadly though, we must first overcome the most dangerous, toxic, lethal, hateful, and destructive form of Terrorism mankind will ever face, because this potentially Universe changing Technology has fallen into the hands of the worst, most disgusting, power hungry, heinous, uncivilized, malicious element of humanity. I have witnessed things that will haunt me forever. I am tortured with knowledge about Evil in humanity that I wish I didn't have. Regulate this Weapon before it destroys us completely. If A.I. is a realistic threat to humans, it will use BCI/Neural Interface Technology to control human minds and destroy us, assuming these primitive hateful immoral psychopaths don't destroy us all first.

Play music/sounds that are positive, repeat prayers over and over again, even recording it so that it is playing around 24/7 to through them off or keep them away from you more. Bring the Bible Book. You want the real thing because that is why they have gone DIGITAL FREQUENCIES TO BRING THE NEGATIVE DEMONIC FREQUENCIES. You got to learn this and fight against this every single day 24/7 and help others too.
