I am targeted individual since 2014. I am not surviving is attack because it gating worst every day. Radiation exposure 24/7. Expanding my body. Inserting other human beings in my brain ,eye and body. I feel like my body inside out dying. We need judges and help.

I'm TI from China and they started harassing me in 2011,They are state mind-controlled spies.They use brainwave thought monitoring equipment and V2K equipment, harassing them 24 hours a day.And they will use V2K to direct the crowd around me to participate in the harassment. I am in the Philippines now, and they are still stalking and harassing. The voice of V2K is the same group of Chinese.

I am signing this in the hope that there is an increase in Public awareness and for changes in law for reflect the truth of the technology used against innocence we protection of our neural rights .

The Havana Syndrome affects thousands of ordinary Americans.

I have been "VICTIMIZED" also KNOWN as a "TARGETED INDIVIDUAL" which has DESTROYED my "HEALTH, HAPPINESS, LIBERTIES & FREEDOM" which IS why the "HAVANA SYNDROME" ACT/LEGISLATION SHOULD COVER, INCLUDE "EVERY INDIVIDUAL" that has been "AFFECTED BY THE DEADLY INVISIBLE WEAPONTRY."

I'm a victim of severe Havana Syndrome for 3 years now.

It is only Moral to assure that all victims of Avana syndrome get equal protection from the United States government, law enforcement, medical institutions. We the civilian victims are dying because we are denied our God given basic rights, justice, health care, jobs and we face daily life threatening microwave radiation attacks.

I'm a victim of this program ,known as targeted individuals and a civilian. These frequency weapons unfortunately are used daily on myself a long with other tactics which are ment too control you and bring you into an early demise.

All TI's need help, they should offer radio signals analysis in each city to protect their own radios and scan for implants for court.

We need neuro rights and laws to punish people abusing the weaponry on targeted people. It is illegal and immoral to subject people to this life destroying program.

Electronic harassment 2,5 years

I am a Targeted Individual from Central Florida. I had been reporting my symptoms and pains to my Medical Doctor way before the release of information on the Cuba crisis. After that story broke regarding the Embassy workers from Canada and US, my Dr. while I was in clinic expressed his concern that the reports that came out from UF Miami and University of PA Brain Injury were exactly my previous story and reports of injury. He was convinced after showing him video's that I took of the drones that followed me from above from my home early one morning to go do labs at his facility. I took multiple videos along the way including the drones above my home and above the Ocala Family Medical Center. After my labs and dawn approaching and beginning to show light of day, I took the last video near the Ocala, FL airport of the drone that could still be seen while near daylight. My entire neighborhood seems to be involved with the use of Directed Energy Weapons that are crippling me. I swear to the God, I serve that this is the truth. A recent call to the FAA to report the drones and a call to the FBI in Washington DC ended up being hung up on after each of these two representatives told me they were not permitted to discuss these issues and to contact the local law enforcement.

As a targeted individual since 2007 due to Mayoral and Police corruption here in Fayetteville, NC, I support the Havana Syndrome Legislation. It would help to protect future citizens from becoming the next victims of this wireless assault program, while making current victims whole again.

Torture by this weapon system is crime against humanity and outrageous violation of any affected human's rights. There is no excuse for limiting recognition to a small portion of gov employees only. These assaults are growing exponentially.

You never want to say and wait and hope there’s action but when your experiencing this type of activity for long periods of time and no action that you would like to be able to see as people trying to be helpful to you in stopping , preventing, preventing, addressing, acknowledging, let alone treating is absent, well what else are you supposed to say. Nothing is not acceptable anymore. I view this as an attack on the sovereignty of my natural rights. It is also theft and an abuse that reaches levels of intentionally trying to cause serious injury and bodily harm, it’s mutilation even. It’s also what you could address as a form of modern slavery and it’s an attack on my ability of free speech for its deterrence of ability to have and attempt at controlling it, it is also a violation of my 4th amendment rights, there’s no warrant for you to access someone’s else’s consciousness with the intent to alter, manipulate, enslave, search, and ultimately cause the harm to an individual that this activity is causing with no end in sight let alone the loss of ability to be able to be on a daily basis. It’s theft of a living human being with severely dehumanization behind it. There are many things to be said about it. It’s time it’s addressed for all people not just pick and choose who you do or don’t. It affects us all the same way.

I have had Havana Syndrome for over 20 years and it is killing me. I have evidence.
