I have been struck down into vertigo episode to the extent of blindness as I watch through my window a directed energy weapon being aimed on me from a man in a truck across the street. The second count of this attack I was standing in my kitchen by my back door I didn't see where the direction was coming from that I felt it hit me I heard a sound of humming in my ears and found myself incapacitated with vertigo again.
