The apartment was broken into on the 15.04.2021.

In addition to these issues, the short term rental apartment on the 1st floor of the side building was broken into on the 16.04.2021. The police had additionally been called on the 10.04.2021 to a party that had 16+ people in the apartment.

Some extra bullet points by me:
-I was harrased in the same gang on the same day. Just because they annoyed me, I didn't leave the door open for them. Which escalated them even further i guess.
-2 times a homeless person was sleeping in front of my door, on his pee. My friends had to jump over him to leave the flat. All my flat smelled like Oberbaumbrucke.
-My bike saddle stolen twice from the yard
-A gang of youngsters that do not leave in this house regularly use the hall between two flats to smoke, eat, do noise and send nasty looks when I warn them to open the window if they are going to smoke.

The petition is private for only people that has access to the code. Would be great if you can have your name, last name and e-mail in the signature of the petition. The plan is to gather as many neighbors as possible and send a joint letter to the Hausverwaltung.
