We were most definitely told about the pool as well, being completed in the 3rd phase! We would love to see the follow through of this!

We were also told there would be a pool when we signed our contract in January of 2016. We would love to have that in our neighborhood to use and enjoy.

We signed our contract in March 2016. Dixie told us we would have a pool in the summer of 2017.

We were told that when Phase II & III happened so would a community pool. Watching Phase II & III being built now, so can't wait for the promised pool!

There is definitely a playground going in. They have the common area staked out right behind the phase two homes. That is also where the pool would go.

We had heard about a community playground. Anyone know anything about that?

Wife and I have had the same discussion. And we were told it was in talks as well, as recently as the last 2 weeks

We will be moving to Hattie's Place in the fall and that was my only disappointment - no pool.

A pool was included when we bought our house, it was a selling point so shouldn't be allowed to back out. Too many families promised a pool. This is a family orientated neighborhood and would be a HUGE asset.

My wife Julie and I were also told a pool was in the works for phase II or III. We were told that the HOA fees would only go up about $100 to $200, so it wasn't just a "maybe" the pool would be built. I know that nothing was put in writing, but if the petition doesn't work then I think we need to take it to the next step since so many people were told the same thing. I hate the thought of litigation, but from my understanding the reason the pool was pulled is because the land for the other phases cost more than originally planned and the homes are selling fast enough that a pool isn't necessary as an incentive to potential buyers. I just want what I was promised.

Hey Brad,
Thanks for putting this together. The pool being mentioned, during our selling process, was a selling point for us in this neighborhood. If there is room for a pool, then we agree, and it makes sense to build one for everyone to enjoy.
