While Verizon Wireless claims to have the widest area of coverage, they also charge the highest fees among different carriers. Shouldn't the consumer expect higher quality of service and responses corresponding to the fees charged?

Sign here if you have ever submit services requests to Verizon Wireless only to have them do the work incorrectly. Worse, if you have ever experienced irrecoverable losses such as losing your voicemail box because they "deleted" your account in error, then definitely sign this petition!

Verizon Wireless should compensate customers for the incorrect services rendered. If they do not increase the quality and accuracy of their services, shouldn't they reduce the monthly access fees they charge?
